Unlimited Membership

UNLIMITED SMALL GROUP + CONDITIONING SESSIONS + DISCOS & RODEOS (monthly membership)

Small group membership sessions will be capped at 8 people per session to allow for tailored coaching and to ensure that everyone has enough space and equipment. It keeps the space safe, allows people to get to know each other and keeps you accountable.  It also helps keep it personal, you’re never just a number, we know your name, your goals and can help personalise your training.

Small group sessions are designed like personal training and my own training - they are planned over 4 weeks (and more) with the aim of incremental progress - improving technique, getting stronger, doing more reps/sets.  To make the most of your grand membership I would recommend choosing at least one squat, bench, deadlift and conditioning session each week.  

DISCOS AND RODEOS ALSO INCLUDED IN UNLIMITED MEMBERSHIP.



Grand Membership

3 SMALL GROUP SESSIONS PER WEEK (monthly membership)
