Training runs across 44 weeks of the year, allowing for scheduled breaks to support rest and recovery (and to make the membership sustainable for us all). These breaks are already built into the pricing — so you’re never paying for weeks when the gym is closed.
There’s no minimum sign-up period — you're free to stop at any time if your circumstances change.
🔄 Missed Sessions Policy
I understand that life happens, and you might occasionally miss a session. While sessions can’t be carried over or refunded, I will always do my best to accommodate you in another class that week if there’s space available.
Your membership secures your space in your chosen sessions — this helps keep the groups consistent and the gym running smoothly.

Terms and conditionsThis membership bills every month. Payment for the first partial period will be prorated according to the days remaining in the period. This membership entitles the purchaser to a full or partial discount on events/classes offered by the business. Some classes/events may be excluded from this membership. Unless otherwise noted, this membership is non-transferable. Your payment details will be securely stored in our system for the duration of the membership.
