Lift & Learn

Lift & Learn is a 6-week face to face course where you will learn the basics of resistance training. The course will cover the following:

- Functional movement test
- Basic anatomy of the body in relation to strength training
- The role of strength training in health
- Basic terminology
- Technique
- Getting comfortable with the gym equipment
- Basic strength testing
- Periodisation (is it necessary) & Planning a short term strength plan

This course will be delivered in a super relaxed setting where you can ask questions and just learn at your own pace. If you can't make a session, I will always try to help you make it up but this will be looked at on a case by case basis. It may not always be possible.
