Yoga Online Membership
This membership gives you access to any of my online yoga classes. Yoga is the perfect combination of strength and flexibility through postures, mindfulness through attention and focus and relaxation through breathing and mindful movement. Yoga brings about a sense of balance and calm.

My online classes will guide you thorough a practice that energises and balances body and mind. I offer progressions and regressions of postures throughout so my classes are suitable for all levels. I would recommend taking my introductory online yoga course either alongside the online sessions or before you begin the live sessions.

Training runs across 44 weeks of the year, allowing for scheduled breaks to support rest and recovery (and to make the membership sustainable for us all). These breaks are already built into the pricing — so you’re never paying for weeks when the gym is closed.

There’s no minimum sign-up period — you're free to stop at any time if your circumstances change.

🔄 Missed Sessions Policy
I understand that life happens, and you might occasionally miss a session. While sessions can’t be carried over or refunded, I will always do my best to accommodate you in another class that week if there’s space available.
Your membership secures your space in your chosen sessions — this helps keep the groups consistent and the gym running smoothly.

The Movement Lab Remote Coaching - Group
Welcome to The Movement Lab Remote Group Coaching. This program is designed to meet you where you are in your fitness journey, delivering real progress with a tailored approach. No matter your experience level, I’ve got you covered. This coaching plan has a minimum term of 3 months. With group coaching, you also have access to all live and recorded yoga sessions online. I will check in regularly to monitor progress and a one to one in the gym or online can be arranged.

Starts on the date of purchase. Never Expires.
This session is a one to one online or in person in the gym. Cancellations must be made before 24 hours of the scheduled appointment. No refunds will be given with less than 24 hours notice.
