This course designed to introduce you to the basic movements and ethos of Cross-Training, before you sign up to main classes. We understand that everyone learns at a different pace and comes to us with different backgrounds in fitness. Maybe you’re totally new to fitness, or have some experience in strength and weightlifting, or you may be a marathon runner who have never touched a weight. Whatever your background we will guide you through the process and develop you in structured way.
