CrossFit Beginner Course

This 4 session course designed to introduce you to the basic movements and ethos of CrossFit.

We understand that everyone learns at a different pace and comes to us with different backgrounds in fitness. Maybe you’re totally new to fitness, or have some experience in strength and weightlifting, or you may be a marathon runner who have never touched a weight. Whatever your background we will guide you through the process and develop you in structured way.

These sessions are held on Friday at 17:30 and Saturday at 10:00 and are scheduled over a 4 week period. Once you are comfortable and confident you can select one of our CrossFit memberships and join the main class.

Want to get started with us quicker than that? We can offer a 1-2-1 session covering the content of the course so get in touch if that's your preference!
