This 90 minute workshop is perfect for you if you are still fairly new to us (less than 3 months), have an infrequent practise or simply wish to revisit the basics.
A carefully structured class to introduce all the basics required for our Hotpod Yoga class. With a focus on slowing down our signature Hotpod Flow to clearly explain alignment, breath, the poses and transitions. We'll also offer clear demonstrations and spend time exploring how we feel when we work with the breath, and use it to direct our energy to the muscles that need it most! Please also bring any questions you may have relating to how your body feels in the general Hotpod Flow so you can gain personalised feedback in order to get the best out of every Hotpod class. A perfect introduction to the pod, leaving you feeling confident and ready for future Hotpod Yoga classes!
