We will cover the basics of preparing and the progressions of headstands and the main forearm/handbalances you might like to try. Giving you ways to continue working towards these or mastering them so you can pop one out mid class should the teacher get excited and offer them as options. From shoulder stand to headstands and arm balances plus many things in between we can enjoy the play and experiment building confidence for these particular yoga poses.
