Not only that but classes will help you to feel calm, energised and happy so you can start getting your mojo back!
Upon signing up, choose which class would suit you best every week, out of my 14 classes on the schedule, and make sure you book onto the class so I know which session you'll be attending.
Once you've decided which class suits you best, I will set a recurring reservation, and your space will be saved every week so you won't need to worry about booking onto a live class each week. If there is a week where something comes up and you can't make the regular session, you'll be able to login to Teamup (this booking system) and change your live slot to another day/time.
You'll get a recording of the live class you attended (online only), so you can practise as much as you want throughout the week. That way you'll gain the best results online, working towards relieving aches and stiffness, feeling stronger, fitter, more supple, more energised and improving your wellbeing.
Payments are on a monthly rolling basis, so you're more than welcome to try it for a month to see how it works for you and go from there. You're not tied into any yearly contracts. Payments are taken on the first of every month on a recurring basis.
For online classes, once you're booked onto a class, I'll send you the zoom link via email.

Terms and conditionsThis membership bills every month. Payment for the first partial period will be prorated according to the days remaining in the period. This membership entitles the purchaser to a full or partial discount on events/classes offered by the business. Some classes/events may be excluded from this membership. Unless otherwise noted, this membership is non-transferable. Your payment details will be securely stored in our system for the duration of the membership.
The monthly fee includes months which have 5 weeks, so you do not need to pay extra!
I understand payments are due on the 1st of every month, directly from my card and I don’t have to do a thing!
If you cannot attend a class, you are welcome to come along to any one of my other classes to make up for it. For example, if you have a week off (i.e. for a holiday) you can come along to an additional class the week you get back. - Just book in via my booking system, TeamUp.
If you feel there are no additional classes you can attend when missing a class, unfortunately you will lose your booking. This is why I would urge you to try and make a class, even if you have to shuffle a few things around for one week. This way you will stay on track, working towards your goals and committing to your health and wellness.
Monthly payments are based on a 48 week period so the trainer is entitled to 4 weeks off a year without finding cover or arranging additional classes.
All Programmes are paid for in advance (by monthly instalments). Timeslots or places cannot be held until booked, and bookings cannot be made until payment is received.
All payments must be made on a timely basis. If payments are not made on a timely basis, the Company reserves the right to place the Programme on hold.
Cancellations of bookings are accepted up to 3 hours in advance, and substitute sessions may be booked (subject to availability) before the end of the program/ month.
Refunds are not payable in the following circumstances: -
• You have changed your mind (outside the satisfaction guarantee period).
• Refunds are not payable for Sessions which have taken place
• You don’t complete your programme.
• You have booked Pilates/Yoga Sessions and are not at the agreed location to receive the session at the appointed time.
