Postnatal Pilates Membership

The Postnatal Pilates Membership gives you 1 postnatal class per week. This is for mum's who really want to start making a change to their health, fitness and wellbeing; to make positive steps towards strengthening your core, pelvic floor and back, so you're able to move better and feel more confident. However, you're limited on time so can only commit to one class per week.

These are classes where you can bring your baby, feed your baby, change your baby, hold your baby whenever needed, with absolutely no judgement. But ultimately the focus is on mum in these classes; to get back to a version of you where you feel slightly more you again, without feeling weak, achy, or that you might pee yourself when you sneeze! This will be the bridge to getting you fitter and stronger post-birth, and will give you the confidence to move with your baby, and get back to any fitness goals.

Upon signing up, I will set a recurring reservation and you'll be automatically registered to our postnatal Pilates class on Thursday's at 11:45, and your space will be saved every week so you won't need to worry about booking onto a class each week! The only reason you'll need to login to Teamup, is to deregister if you cannot attend a class, so we know who to expect every week.

With this membership, you're only able to attend the Postnatal class. As it's a reduced price, you do not have the option to catch up classes. If you wish to be able to catch up on classes, please sign up to our Monthly Membership, where you can attend any of our 17 classes.

We urge you to come along to class every week, as much as physically possible, as to achieve the best results in Pilates you should attend at least one class every week - this way, you'll gain the best results and work towards strengthening your core, pelvic floor and back, and supporting your body post-birth.

Payments are on a monthly rolling basis, so you're more than welcome to try it for a month to see how it works for you and go from there. You're not tied into any yearly contracts. Payments are taken on the first of every month on a recurring basis.
