Our Junior Golf Winter Performance clinics are designed specifically for the junior golfer looking to add strength and speed into their golf game. This full 12 Week program has 2 sessions per week running Tuesdays 6:00p-7:30pm and Fridays 5pm-6:30pm from Tuesday January 20th- Friday April 17 ( we are adding one week free due to spring break). This combines the two 6-week blocks into a 12 week performance program. Each training session will have a mobility and warm up section, exercises focusing on strength, mobility, stability, speed, rotation, sequencing, swing speed training and golf specific competition in our Full Swing Golf Simulator. Sessions will be lead by 3 time Golf Digest Top 50 Golf Fitness Trainer Mitch Sadowsky, owner of Aretas Performance who has worked with multiple PGA Tour winners, Collegiate and High School All Americans and high level junior golfers.
