Boys and girls, mostly volleyball players, plus athletes from other sports. Classes are capped at 8. We work on snap downs, ISO work, stability, footwork and strength. Hammer the basics. Do the simple things well.
Mon to Thu at 5pm. Saturday at 10am for boys, 11am for girls.
