The Standard Membership enables you to join one 'live' online or one Studio Pilates/Yoga/Cardio Core class each week.
You can have this membership put on hold if you are away for 2 or more weeks when you go on holiday or need a break from classes.

    This membership bills every week. Your payment details will be securely stored in our system for the duration of the membership.
    We cannot offer refunds for missed weeks.
    You can freeze your membership if you are away for more than 2 weeks.
    You can access the Online classes from wherever you are in the world.
    You can access the Online workout library-which also takes time to create and is part of your membership
    You can move to another class or do more than one class when you come back.
