Springboard & Pilates Master
The Springboard Master membership is two Springboard classes and one Pilates class a week. You will notice a big difference in your body with two Springboard sessions a week whilst also enjoying a traditional Pilates class.
You will experience a big jump in your strength, in your core and your entire body.

The mix of Springboard and traditional Pilates will give you variety which your body needs to stay sharp.

You can cancel at any time and freeze your membership when you are away. Includes access to the video library with workouts you can access at any time.


The Springboard is a unique piece of exercise equipment which is a wall-mounted board with various springs and attachment points.

The springs, attached to the Springboard provide you with resistance which can help you progress your strength, balance and workout intensity. But the springs also offer smooth support which can help you achieve a deeper stretch and master more challenging exercises, enhancing your overall strength and flexibility.

    Terms and conditions
    This membership bills every week. Payment for the first partial period will be prorated according to the days remaining in the period. This membership entitles the purchaser to a full or partial discount on events/classes offered by the business. Some classes/events may be excluded from this membership. Unless otherwise noted, this membership is non-transferable. Your payment details will be securely stored in our system for the duration of the membership.
