Women's Health and Happiness - 8 Week Course

Course start date: Sunday October 6th, 9.30-11.00am.
This brand new, 8 week Women's Health and Happiness course is going to give you clarity about how to look after your body, your mind and your spirit. You are going to build a NEW Map for your Health & Fitness.

You already know how important your Health, Happiness and Fitness is but sometimes, especially around mid life, we get bogged down with responsibilities and so much information that we don't know where to start.

It's time to get some clarity, and start to build and expand our life so we can feel better, make decisions that are in line with what we want and find deeper happiness. Sounds like fun doesn't it?

Over the 8 weeks you will attend a weekly 90 min Sunday class, the option to attend a weekly Pilates/Yoga class, a weekly call from Anne via Zoom or phone, all handouts and exercise equipment.

Week 3: Meditation & Stretch for your whole body, Pelvic Floor Level 2, Nutrition vs. Food
Week 4: Meditation & Stretch, Pelvic Floor, Strength Training, Level 1, 'Better Sleep' workbook
Week 5: Meditation & Stretch, Pelvic Floor, Strength Training, Level 1-2, 'Stress' workbook
Week 6:  Meditation & Stretch, Pelvic Floor, Strength Training, Level 2-3, 'What I Want' workbook
Week 7: Meditation & Stretch, Strength Training, Level 3-4, 'What I Want' workbook

Your investment?
This 8 week course is packed with great information, discussion, exercise, meditation, feel good stretch - you will look after your whole body and mind and also receive up to 30 mins one to one support a week. The face value of this is equal to £148.50 a week but you can enjoy this entire course for the prices below.

Early Bird: £62.50 per week, excluding 8.5% VAT, if booked before Monday, September 9th
Normal Price: £65.00 per week, excluding 8.5% VAT

    Terms and conditions
    This membership bills every week.
    You are entitled to one Studio Pilates/Yoga or Online Pilates class a week over the 8 weeks.
    You will receive one to one support from Anne in the form of a call of Zoom for up to 30 mins.
    You will attend a weekly, Sunday, 90 minute class.
    You will receive all the handouts and exercise equipment as part of your course fee.
    Unless otherwise noted, this membership is non-transferable and cannot be cancelled early.
    Your payment details will be securely stored in our system for the duration of the membership.
