This is a structured, progressive 4-week series designed to build strength, control, and confidence over time. Each session builds on the previous one, allowing for meaningful development week to week.

This is not a drop-in format. Your place is reserved for the full 4-week block, and sessions are not designed to be swapped or rescheduled.

Series begin once minimum enrollment is confirmed.
