Terms and Conditions
Passes are valid for 7 weeks from the date of first use.
Valid for Mat classes with apprentice teacher only at Moor Pilates.
24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule a class.
Classes cancelled less than 24 hours before the start time will be charged in full.
Passes and class bookings are non-refundable.
Classes cancelled with more than 24 hours’ notice will be credited back to your account for future use (within the pass validity period).
For insurance and safety purposes, only the person named on the booking may attend the class. To share a pass with a friend or family member, they must have their own TeamUp account and a completed PARQ form. Please add them to your account as a 'Dependent' via TeamUp or contact hello@moorpilates.co.uk to arrange this before they attend.
Moor Pilates reserves the right to make schedule or instructor changes as needed.
