Passes are valid for 4 weeks from the date of purchase.
Valid for any Mat class at Moor Pilates.
24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule a class.
Classes cancelled less than 24 hours before the start time will be charged in full.
Passes and class bookings are non-refundable.
Classes cancelled with more than 24 hours’ notice will be credited back to your account for future use (within the pass validity period).
Passes are non-transferable between accounts, but you may gift unused credits to a friend or family member within the expiry period, please contact the studio to arrange this.
Moor Pilates reserves the right to make changes to the class schedule or instructor availability as needed.
