A Class Pack entitles you to attend classes of your choice at 11 Eleven Fitness.
• Class packs are non-transferable and non-refundable once purchased
• All classes must be booked in advance via our member app, website, or at reception.
• Spaces are limited and allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
• Please arrive at least 15 minutes before the class start time.
• Late arrivals may not be permitted entry once the warm-up has begun.
• Cancellations must be made at least 1 hour before the scheduled class start time.
• Late cancellations or no-shows will result in the class being forfeited.
• Repeated no-shows may result in booking restrictions.
• The Single Class Pack must be used within 6 weeks of purchase.
• Unused classes beyond this period will expire automatically and cannot be refunded.
• 11 Eleven Fitness reserves the right to amend class times, instructors, or schedules.
