Our year runs from 1st September to 31st August running in 4-6 week blocks with 38 teaching weeks in total. 24 hours notice of cancellation is required or the class credit will be forfeited. It is your responsibility to cancel out of your class and book into another session. No 'catch up' sessions will be offered. IT IS STRICTLY YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO CANCEL YOUR CLASS IF YOU ARE UNABLE TO ATTEND or you forfeit the session.

You also have access to the On Demand Library which is found within the Team Up Menu in your account.

Zoom solo offers you one zoom class per week. Our year runs from 1st September to 31st August in 4-6 week blocks with a total of 38 teaching weeks. If you can't make a class, please cancel 24 hours in advance and book yourself into another class that week or ask me to record the session. Zoom links will be automatically sent via notification email, but you can also access the session directly from Team Up.

Zoom Duo gives you access to the current zoom sessions as well as access to the On Demand library.
If you cannot come to a class you can ask for the recording or use the On Demand Library instead. But please cancel out as soon as possible as a courtesy and allow us to know numbers in class.

By taking part in an online Pilates class, you fully understand that your teacher is not able to offer any personal correction; you agree to take responsibility for your own body; you agree not to perform any exercises or movements that may cause you discomfort; and you confirm that you are fit and able to do the class. You must ensure that you are working in a safe environment and that you are able to clearly see and/or hear the video in order to follow instructions. It is your responsibility to be aware of anything that may affect your ability to exercise that day. By joining as an On Demand member, you automatically agree to waive all statutory rights against your teacher.
