Learn to Lift (CrossFit Foundations Class)
We have thought long and hard about the most effective way to introduce new members (or existing Met Con members) to the world of CrossFit and our other lifting classes. No matter what your sports background (or lack of one) or your fitness level, this is one of the best (and most fun) ways to get you confident and involved in classes. In this 2-hour session, you will learn the basics of Squat / Deadlift / Press and Pull needed for Barbell Club/StrongCon. We will then carry on to Olympic Lifting basics needed for CrossFit.
