Beginners Olympic Lifting Short Course
If you are a total beginner or even only recently started learning the skill of Olympic Lifting (Oly Lifting) this course is a great place to pick up some extra pointers you might miss out on in regular sessions.
The course will include learning the Olympic Lifting movements being the Clean and Jerk & Snatch. These movements will be broken down to give the attendee a clear understanding of what they are trying to achieve with each movement and also each position within the movements.
We know that Oly Lifting can be complex at times so we are running this course over 5 consecutive weekends for 90 minutes per session.
