Home & Studio Membership Terms

These terms apply specifically to the Home & Studio Membership and should be read alongside
Simply Doable Yoga Terms and Castleford Yoga's Terms of Business & Participation, Waiver and Welcome Guide.

About the Membership
The Home & Studio Membership combines unlimited access to the Simply Doable Yoga Online Studio with one studio class credit during each monthly billing period at Castleford Yoga.

This membership is purchased, billed and managed through the Simply Doable Yoga website. TeamUp is used solely to manage your in-person class bookings.

Each billing period includes one studio class credit. Unused class credits expire at the end of the relevant billing period and cannot be carried forward.

This membership does not include access to live-streamed classes.

Membership Duration and Billing
Your Home & Studio Membership begins with a 14-day online trial on the Double yoga website.

Once the trial has ended and your first membership payment has been successfully collected through Simply Doable Yoga, your first studio class credit will become available within your TeamUp account.

Membership payments are collected monthly through Simply Doable Yoga on the same date each month.

Booking Your Class
For the purposes of this membership, an Eligible Class means any regularly scheduled class shown on the Castleford Yoga timetable. Private sessions, workshops, courses, special events and other separately priced activities are not Eligible Classes unless expressly stated otherwise.

Bookings are subject to availability.

Bookings open 14 days before each class and close 30 minutes before the class begins.

It is your responsibility to manage your bookings, cancellations and email notifications through the TeamUp booking system or TeamUp Members App.

Waiting Lists
If a class is full, you may join the waiting list through TeamUp.

If a place becomes available, TeamUp will notify you by email. It is your responsibility to monitor these notifications and accept or decline the place within the time allowed by the booking system.

If you accept a waiting list place, you are responsible for cancelling any other bookings you no longer require.

Before Your First Class
Before attending your first class you must:

• Complete the Customer Form and Health Screening Form on TeamUp.

• Agree to the Waiver and Terms of Business & Participation on TeamUp.

• Notify Castleford Yoga of any medical condition, injury, pregnancy or other circumstance that may affect your participation.

You agree to inform Castleford Yoga promptly of any changes to your health or circumstances that may affect your participation. Please update your TeamUp records where appropriate and notify us by email.

Please bring your own exercise mat and wear appropriate clothing suitable for movement.

Cancellation of Booked Classes
If you cannot attend a booked class, you must cancel your booking through TeamUp.

Bookings cancelled at least 6 hours the class starts will retain the class credit, provided it is still within the current monthly billing period.

Bookings cancelled after the 6 hour cancellation period, or classes missed without cancelling, will be treated as attended and the class credit will be deducted.

Please cancel your booking even if it is outside the cancellation period, as another member may be waiting for a place.

Repeated failure to cancel bookings or attend booked classes may result in Castleford Yoga refusing future bookings.

Nightly Blackout
The TeamUp booking system operates a nightly blackout period between 11:00pm and 6:00am.

This period does not count towards cancellation deadlines or waiting list response times.

f Castleford Yoga Needs to Cancel
If Castleford Yoga needs to cancel a class, your class credit will remain available for use during the current billing period.

Occasionally another suitably qualified teacher may provide the class where appropriate.

Membership Cancellation
To cancel your Home & Studio Membership, please cancel your membership through your Simply Doable Yoga account dashboard.

Cancelling your Simply Doable Yoga membership will also end your entitlement to the associated TeamUp studio class membership.

Refunds
Please ensure you are happy with your purchase before completing payment.

Once your membership purchase has been confirmed, payments are non-refundable and unused class credits cannot be exchanged for cash. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Where exceptional circumstances arise, Castleford Yoga may, at its sole discretion, extend the validity of a class credit, transfer a class credit or provide a refund where it considers this fair and reasonable.

Memberships are personal to the purchaser and cannot be transferred to another person.

These Home & Studio Membership Terms should be read alongside Simply Doable Yoga and Castleford Yoga's Terms of Business & Participation. Where these terms differ, these Home & Studio Membership Terms apply to this service.
