The course Membership:With this class pack you get 3 class credits that are intended to be used consecutively for the pregnancy yoga classes. There is no recurring commitment with this course package. You can then book you onto the pregnancy yoga classes once your membership is on your account. The pack duration begins on first registration date and expires after 4 weeks/ 30days. Credit is valid for use by named account holder only and cannot be used by others. Redeemable for any other class on the time table if necessary, please discuss your needs ahead of missing classes.

Refund Policy:
Unfortunately, payments made are final. Make sure you're happy with the purchase before paying. Refunds will not be given due to non-participation once the membership has been purchased. This membership is non-transferable.
By buying a membership, you confirm that you understand this commitment.
For your first class:
Please bring your own mat to each class and wear appropriate clothing. No shoes in the studio. (But DO wear socks).
Arrive well in time for class, we do not permit late entry.
Make sure you have read and signed the Waiver and Customer/ Health screen forms on your account!
You agree to advise us promptly of any change to the any details provided.
All technicalities of attending classes are stated clearly in our welcome email.

Booking terms:
You are entitled to book any of the classes linked to your membership on the schedule via this booking system within the time frame your membership is valid for.
Please make sure you chose your class location at time of booking as bookings can only be changed with standard cancelation terms. If you have to miss a class from your course your teacher may offer you an alternative class if there is space available. This option can not be demanded.
It is your responsibility to manage your attendance. You can only attend classes you have booked in for.
Cancellation cutoff: 6 hours before class starts, Cancellations after this point are late cancels
Cancellation of booked classes:
If you are booked in for a class but can no longer attend, you must cancel the class. The easiest way to cancel is via the TeamUP members app or the TeamUp service on our website.
Class cancellation policy is 6 hours. If you do not cancel prior to this time, one credit from your class pack will be taken. There is no additional charge.
‘Early cancel’ (up to 6 hours before class) will put the class credit back on your account and you will be able to use it again until your expiry date. (see note under booking terms)
If you ‘late cancel’ (i.e. after the 6 hour cancellation period, take into account the Nightly blackout) no credit will be returned to your account.
Class credit on account or refund will be provided if the class is cancelled by the business.
Please always cancel even if it is past the period where you can keep your credit, someone else might be waiting for a space on that class just like you might be waiting for someone else to make space for you.
Failure to cancel or turn up for booked classes on a regular basis gives us the right to refuse further bookings.
Nightly blackout
Time that doesn't count towards cancellation cutoff and waitlist spot expiration.
Nightly blackout is set to be between 23:00–06:00am.
For example, if your cancellation cutoff is 6 hours and your blackout period goes from 23:00-6am, members have to cancel their spots in a 9:30am class before 20:30 the night before. Waitlist spots do not expire during the nightly blackout period.
USE THE BOOKING SYSTEM:
It is your responsibility to manage your email alerts effectively within the TeamUp system via the website version or the mobile APP. The App is called TeamUP members and can be found in your apple app store or google play store – it is Free!
Cancellation of a class by the Teacher:
If for any reason your teacher needs to a cancel a session entirely, you will retain your class credit.
You will get notification via email through the TeamUp service.
We reserve the right to give notice of this at any point. We may use a cover teacher, please see notes under: Class cover policy. We will not give notice of this happening.
