This pregnancy yoga course incorporates adapted yoga poses, to stretch and strengthen your body, pelvic floor exercises, as well as poses and breathing techniques for labour and birth.

Always finishing with relaxation time.

All this is designed to make you more comfortable, try to help alleviate common pregnancy conditions, improve sleep and release achy muscles.

Pregnancy Yoga is a great way for you to connect with your unborn baby while doing something for yourself at the same time.

Also a great way to meet other expectant mothers in the local area. Suitable for women in their second and third trimester.

No previous yoga experience necessary.
