4 week Tai chi/ Pilates course
Starts 4th November 2022 for 4 weeks at 16:45 - 17:45
This gentle class focuses on relaxation through movement teamed with breath. If you’re under stress, injured or sore, this class will help restore your mind and body.
This approach to relaxation is great for everyone that finds it hard to get into traditional still meditation but is looking for the benefits of meditation.
No experience is required.
We start with a short tai chi warm up followed by the Shibashi sequence with flowing moves and the deep breathing. (about 20min)
not sure Tai chi is for you, have a read of the linked articles I have composed in the past and here a post on how I didn't like Tai chi at first.
After that we will spend time connecting to our deep core muscles with mat based Pilates exercises, which will show you how to use movement to create energy, build core strength!
