Beginners gentle Body Flow - 6 week course 2026

Course 27th May- 1st July 2026

This gentle class focuses on relaxation through movement teamed with breath. If you’re under stress, injured or sore, this class will help restore your mind and body.

This approach to relaxation is great for everyone that finds it hard to get into traditional still meditation but is looking for the benefits of meditation.

No experience is required.

We start with a short standing flowing warm up followed by the 18 move sequence with flowing moves and the deep breathing. Then there is time to look at individual movements to refine their patterns.

We follow on with deep breathing practices to develop breath capacity and ribcage flexibility.

After that we will spend time practicing Paul Chek’s Zone Exercises as a means of Working-In, which will show you how to use movement to create energy needed to effectively express creativity and Work-Out! Zone Exercises positively influence digestion, circadian health, stress and much more.

To finish off we will have a 5-10min guided relaxation.
