Kids Fitness is a strength and conditioning programme that is specifically designed for kids and teenagers to develop a lifelong love of health and fitness. We do classes for ages 6-12 years.
We aim to combine fitness with fun, to help your child enjoy exercise and get them moving more, get them away from games consoles and technology! It doesn’t matter if your child is an athlete or never done any activities before, we can tailor every workout to suit their needs.

Want to start your kids on their functional fitness journey?
We run classes four times a week designed for fun and to start your child’s CrossFit career. From Barbell to cardio – we will develop your child at a speed relevant to them, making sure they have an amazing time along the way.
Every child can do the programme regardless of skill or experience. Children and teenagers will follow a prescribed programme but will have the intensity and load scaled to them, to enable them as individuals to work through the progressions required to complete the exercise; this could be learning to do a handstand, a pull-up, lift an object or jump on to a box.
