Pelvic Floor Core Rehab 6 week course
Begins on the date of the first registration. Valid for 5 weeks.
This 6 week pelvic floor core rehabilitation course caters for new and experienced mums and pregnant mums who want to work on strengthening the pelvic floor and core to ensure their strength for maximum daily function.
Prior to joining the course you will under go a thorough pre screen with medical & pre/post natal questionnaire and physical check for diastasis. During the course we will go through education on the pelvic floor, how to optimise your lifestyle to support your pelvic floor, exercise to strengthen the pelvic floor, core and whole body with a holistic approach, exercise for back pain and more. The course begins with mat based sessions that focus on retraining your breathing to help activate the pelvic floor more regularly, dynamic stretch movement that will help rid aches and pains, and then progresses onto motherhood movement patterns that help support your everyday life to keep you functional for motherhood.

Disclaimer:
This course is for 6 consecutive weeks, we encourage you to come to each session but if you do miss a session unfortunately we cannot allow for you to make the time up due to hall hire and expenses. We can however send you information on missed content.

Babies of up to 6 months/or non crawlers are welcome.
A maximum of 10 mums to one course.
