Mothermove Course

This 8 week course is designed for mums by post natal expert Stephanie Jannati. We work on building strength and endurance to make mums feel confident about taking on all the movement involved in motherhood! The course is tailored for all mums no matter how old your children are.
The course price is £99 for the full 8 weeks.

We focus on motherhood movement patterns, strengthening the whole body whilst taking into consideration the pelvic floor core and get mums enjoying exercise again!

With specialist kit we take on movements that mums will only enjoy and even get you working in partners and as a group. The environment is fun, supportive and holistic.

Babies are welcome to come but are not used in our workouts, we also don’t encourage mums to hold them whilst working out for health and safety reasons.
However do bring along a play mat and toys and we’ll ensure there’s a designated spot for babies to sit and enjoy watching mummy workout!

All mums are very supportive and we understand that babies will cry, you’re welcome to stop and feed or sooth any time you need.

Please bring water, sports clothing, a mat and comfortable footwear to class.
