Motherhood Move Core Conditioning Surrey Docks Farm

This course is a continuation from our initial pelvic floor core course. In this six week block we focus on homing in on motherhood movement patterns and strengthening the whole body whilst deliving deeper into understanding the pelvic floor and core.

This course is for 6 consecutive weeks, we encourage you to come to each session but if you do miss a session unfortunately we cannot allow for you to make the time up due to hall hire and expenses. We can however send you information on missed content.

Babies of up to 6 months/or non crawlers are welcome.
A maximum of 10 mums to one course.
