Mothermove & Core Conditioning

This is a continuation from the pelvic floor core rehab program which delves deeper into motherhood movement patterns, core stability and total body strength work, to keep mums strong through pregnancy and the post natal stage. This is tailored for pregnant mums and post natal mum's.
Before joining all mum's must be screened via telephone consultation with the trainer. Classes are kept to a maximum number for more tailored one to one work.
