Week 1 - Simple and Friendly
Week 2 - Shock and Awe

These sessions will be completed over a 6 consecutive week period, in a small group PT setting, where there will be only 4 max in a training session so that the personal trainer can focus on you to maximise efforts. You will learn advanced movements with weekly progressions that will be recorded, so that you can gain the desired outcome, see and feel the results.
