This is the ultimate de-stress class. Yoga Nidra is the practise of yogic sleep (conscious sleeping) and it has a range of benefits including helping you to sleep better, reducing stress, worries and anxiety and even boosting creativity. We’ll start with gentle yoga postures and pranayama (breath awareness) and finish with a beautiful long nidra. No yoga experience required

Bring a blanket/sleeping bag & a pillow.
