This membership is for one parent/guardian and child to train side-by-side, building practical personal safety and life skills in a structured, supportive class.
What’s included (weekly class):
• Awareness & risk-spotting (avoid trouble early)
• Boundaries, assertiveness & confident body language
• De-escalation and decision-making under pressure
• Safe, coached drills: releases from grabs + basic blocks/strikes
• Focus, discipline, teamwork — skills that carry into school and life
How sessions run:
Warm-up → skill of the week → partner drills (parent/child) → fun pressure-testing games → takeaway points to practise at home.
Beginner-friendly with clear progression.

• Suitable for complete beginners
• Recommended ages: Ages 8+
• One adult + one child per membership

Terms and conditionsThis membership bills every month. Payment for the first partial period will be prorated according to the days remaining in the period. This membership entitles the purchaser to a full or partial discount on events/classes offered by the business. Some classes/events may be excluded from this membership. Unless otherwise noted, this membership is non-transferable. Your payment details will be securely stored in our system for the duration of the membership.
