For Ladies aged 13+
This beginner-friendly practical 75-minute workshop teaches real-world self-defence for unwanted attention and unwanted contact, in a friendly, supportive environment using Krav Maga principles. You’ll learn how to spot danger early, set boundaries, use your voice and body language, and use simple blocks, strikes and grab escapes that work even if you’re smaller or not very fit. We focus on everyday scenarios like walking home, nights out, parties and being approached when alone, with clear, easy-to-remember responses you can use immediately.
Please arrive in comfortable gym kit (leggings/joggers and t-shirt), wearing trainers, with jewellery removed where possible, and bring a filled water bottle. All sessions are run by Ben Walker, a qualified teacher and Krav Maga instructor, with an enhanced DBS.
