Classes are at Halstead Community Primary School, TN14 7EA — approximately 12 minutes from central Sevenoaks and Orpington.

Class times:

Adults — ages 16+
Wednesdays, 7:00pm–8:30pm

Youth — ages 8–15
Wednesdays, 5:00pm–5:45pm

Please arrive in comfortable gym kit — leggings/joggers and t-shirt — wearing trainers, with jewellery removed where possible, and bring a filled water bottle.
