Inferno Pole Strong is a 3 month periodized training programme that will provide structure to improve your strength, mobility and flexibility which are all key attributes needed to progress and succeed in pole. The programme is structured with two strength sessions and one mobility/flexibility session to complement and enhance your pole routines.

Inferno Strong, is a 12 month periodized strength training programme centred around building your back squat, bench press and deadlift. We recommend that you have 3+ years strength training experience before starting this programme.

Our nutritional programming is designed to cater to you as an individual based around your needs and your goals. We work to help fix the gut tract first through an elimination process to lead towards eating carbs every day. We want you to have a balanced nutritional protocol where it might be lifestyle changing initially but ultimately it will lead towards you feeling that you’ll never have to diet again.

Inferno Online Coaching
During our online coaching you will receive a training programme and nutritional protocol that fits your needs as an individual to work towards your goals. You will have weekly check-ins with your Inferno Coach via video call. You will be required to send in progress pictures so your training and nutrition can be continually monitored and altered along your journey to keep you achieving the results you require in a healthy and natural way.
