Yogaween: Extended Yoga Practice

Come and join us for an enriching Yoga Mini Retreat. This beautiful extended practice will be sure to unwind the mind and rejuvenate the body.

The experience will start with a settling in meditation to focus the mind in the present.
We will then do a dynamic Hatha Yoga Practice to get the juices flowing.  Followed by a breathing practice to trigger the parasymphatetic nervous system, bringing the body into a state of rest and digest.

From here we will move to a Restorative Yin Practice where we will settle into stillness in postures for a few minutes at a time. This is a great way to stretch the deep connective tissues between the muscles, aiding joint mobility and flexibility.

The class will end with Yoga Nidra - a deeply nourishing guided relaxation practice.
