This course is designed to cover the basics, taking key parts of the physical practice in turn. Anyone is welcome to joining in - whether you’ve never stepped on a mat before or you’re a seasoned practitioner and looking to refresh the basics

week one - using breath for movement
week two - sun salutations and forward folds
week three - twists and back bends
week four - warriors and balances
