Menopause Restore with Sarah Elcome
Menopause Restore is for women in midlife who suffer with emotional or physical symptoms of menopause.
This is a warm invitation to reconnect to your breath and your body with slow intentional channel led movement and breath practices, finishing with a guided meditation. This is time for you, to go in, go slow and create space to arrive home to you.
Throughout the series we will be focusing on the restorative power of our Inner Winter and nourishing our kidney energy and adrenal health, the foundational organs of the menopause transition.
Each week we will cover differing themes of menopause, such as:
Grounding our Earth Element energies for nurturing self care
Softening our Metal Element energy to aid grief and the process of letting go
Restore our Water Element energy for recovery and rest
Awaken into emergence with our Wood Element for mindful energy use
Opening to loving kindness with the Fire Element energy to melt into self love

Breath practices, mindful movement, channel tapping, hands on touch, short guided meditation

No yoga experience is required. This class is inclusive of perimenopause, menopause and post menopause.
