Strong & Steady

Working with a tailored set sequence we will build on that weekly by focusing on anatomic areas like hips, spine, shoulders, and core. We will begin with specific drills and supportive breathwork for each anatomical focus, to promote more body awareness and muscle memory. This enables the student to really build on their current beginner foundations to build more strength, flexibility and confidence in breath-led flow. Helen will guide you:

• Functional Drills: Using the wall and straps to build strength in tricky areas like shoulders and hips.

• Repetition: Building a core sequence week-by-week so you can move with confidence rather than thinking about what comes next.

• Fluidity: Learning to coordinate your breath with movement so you feel "ready" for any flow class.

By the final week, you’ll be moving through a full practice with the mantra.
