This membership bills every 12 months. The first payment is due on the membership's start date. This membership entitles the purchaser to a full or partial discount on events/classes offered by the business. Some classes/events may be excluded from this membership. Unless otherwise noted, this membership is non-transferable. Your payment details will be securely stored in our system for the duration of the membership.

Terms & Conditions — Z Purple Club Founders Edition
Membership Fee & Renewal
* £399 per annum. Membership will automatically renew each year at the prevailing rate unless cancelled before the renewal date.
• Renewal may be cancelled at any time prior to the renewal date via The Z App or by contacting Z directly.
• Membership fees are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Membership Holder
* Membership is held in the name of up to three named sibling children from the same immediate family.
• Membership benefits apply only to the named child/children and their accompanying parent or legal guardian.
• Membership cannot be shared, transferred, resold, or assigned to another family.
• Z reserves the right to verify sibling eligibility and family relationship at any time.

Access & Attendance
* Membership allows unlimited access to play sessions, subject to opening hours, capacity limits, and availability.
• Advance booking via the standard reservation system is strongly recommended and may be required for sessions, classes, or events.
• Walk-in access is not guaranteed.
• Z reserves the right to refuse entry if the venue is at capacity or for health, safety, or operational reasons.

Classes & Activities
* Unlimited classes include all Z-operated children’s and fitness activities unless otherwise stated.
• Third-party classes or partner-run activities may be excluded.
• Adult fitness classes are limited to the accompanying parent/guardian of the member child.
* Applies to Z hosted classes only & may be subject to change. Please enquire directly for a full list of available children’s activities classes covered under this membership type

Events & Parties
* Free entry to Z ticketed events applies only to events taking place on or after 01/04/2026 and is subject to availability.
• 10% discount on birthday party packages applies to the base package price only and excludes add-ons, upgrades, catering, entertainment, décor, or external suppliers.

Food & Beverage Benefits
* 50% discount on takeaway drinks applies only to drinks purchased for takeaway consumption by the accompanying parent/guardian.
• Drinks consumed on the premises are charged at full price.

Pram Valet
* Complimentary pram valet is limited to two uses within the 12-month membership period and is subject to availability.

Lifetime Birthday Benefit
* Each named member child is entitled to a complimentary birthday cake and drink each year with no expiry date, provided the Founder Membership remains valid for the full first membership year.
• This benefit is non-transferable and applies only to the named member child.

Membership Card
* A unique numbered Founders membership card will be issued.
• Lost or damaged cards may be replaced at Z’s discretion.

General Conditions
* Membership benefits have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash or alternative services.
• Z reserves the right to amend benefits, operating hours, or Terms & Conditions where reasonably necessary.
• Misuse of the membership, inappropriate behaviour, or breach of venue rules may result in suspension or termination of membership without refund.
• All visits remain subject to Z’s standard admission rules and policies.
• Z reserves the right to close the venue for maintenance, private events, or unforeseen circumstances.
