- This membership bills every month on the 1st.

- All direct debit Personal Training sessions must be used within the calendar month to which they relate. Any such sessions not used within the calendar month will be lost without any refund and may not be carried over into the following months.

- 24 hours’ prior notice of any cancellation of any Personal Training sessions

- There is a 7 day cancellation policy on the membership.

- Holidays: If Grady is going on holiday the monthly direct debit will be reduced accordingly. eg 2 week holiday for Grady means direct debit halved.

- There is a no refund policy on this membership

-Your payment details will be securely stored in our system for the duration of the membership.
