Membership Terms & Conditions

This membership bills monthly. The first payment is due on the membership start date and will be pro-rated to cover the period until the first full billing cycle. Thereafter, payments will be taken monthly.

Membership cancellations require 30 days’ notice and must be submitted through the booking system.

The minimum term is the initial partial month plus one full billing cycle.

This membership entitles the purchaser to unlimited dynamic reformer sessions, with the ability to book up to one class per day, subject to availability and the studio timetable.

Unless otherwise noted, memberships are non-transferable. Payment details will be securely stored in our system for the duration of the membership.

Booking & Class Usage

Members may book classes up to 14 days in advance through the booking system, subject to availability.

Unlimited memberships allow a maximum of one class booking per day.

If you are unable to attend classes due to illness, injury, or holidays, please contact us as soon as possible.

Cancellations & No-Shows

Due to limited spaces in our classes, cancellations must be made at least 12 hours before the class start time.

Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a fee.

Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may result in temporary booking restrictions.

Payments & Policies

If a scheduled payment cannot be collected, the membership may be temporarily suspended until payment details are updated and the outstanding balance is settled. Access to classes and facilities may be restricted during this time.

We reserve the right to update pricing, membership terms, policies, class schedules, or instructors from time to time. Members will be provided with reasonable notice of any changes where applicable.
