Membership Terms & Conditions

This membership bills monthly. The first payment is due on the membership start date and will be pro-rated to cover the period until the first full billing cycle. Thereafter, payments will be taken monthly.

Membership cancellations require 30 days’ notice and must be submitted through the booking system.

The minimum term is the initial partial month plus one full billing cycle.

This membership entitles the purchaser to one dynamic reformer session a week.

Unless otherwise noted, memberships are non-transferable. Payment details will be securely stored in our system for the duration of the membership.

Booking & Class Usage

Memberships that include weekly class credits allow the holder to book the allocated number of classes each week.

Credits are allocated weekly and do not roll forward into the following week or billing period. Any unused credits will expire automatically.

Members may book classes up to 14 days in advance through the booking system, subject to availability.

If you are unable to attend classes due to illness, injury, or holidays, please contact us as soon as possible. While credits do not normally roll forward, we may be able to assist in certain circumstances at our discretion.

Cancellations & No-Shows

Due to limited spaces in our classes, cancellations must be made at least 12 hours before the class start time.

Cancellations made within 12 hours of the class, or failure to attend a booked class, will result in the class being deducted from your membership allowance.

Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a fee.

Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may result in temporary booking restrictions.

Payments & Policies

If a scheduled payment cannot be collected, the membership may be temporarily suspended until payment details are updated and the outstanding balance is settled. Access to classes and facilities may be restricted during this time.

We reserve the right to update pricing, membership terms, policies, class schedules, or instructors from time to time. Members will be provided with reasonable notice of any changes where applicable.
