This membership enables you to book onto the youth bootcamp sessions a maximum of 8 times before needing to be renewed (individual sessions not used or missed can't be refunded).

Youth Bootcamp – Refund & Cancellation Policy
These terms and conditions relate to the "Youth Bootcamp 8 Sessions Pack" membership.
1 Purchases & Payments
1.1 All Youth Bootcamp 8-Pack purchases are final.
1.2 Payment must be made in full before attending the first session.
2 Refunds
2.1 We do not provide refunds for unused or missed sessions once a 8-Pack has been purchased.
2.2 Refunds will only be offered if Football Fitness Bootcamp cancels sessions and cannot provide a suitable alternative.
*This does not affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
3 Cancellations & Missed Sessions
3.1 If you cannot attend a session, no refund will be given.
3.2 Sessions are non-transferable and must be used by the named participant.
3.3 All 8-Pack sessions must be used within 8 months of the purchase date.
4 Cooling-Off Period (Online Purchases Only)
4.1 If you buy your 8-Pack online, you are entitled to a 14-day cooling-off period under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
4.2 If you book and attend a session within this 14-day period, you agree that the service has started and the cooling-off period no longer applies.

Football Fitness Bootcamp is committed to providing sessions with reasonable care, skill, and as described. If we fail to deliver this, you are entitled to a refund in line with your consumer rights.
