24 classes for 2 people of the same family to be used within 12 weeks of purchase (depending on how many weeks in the 3 month period from date of purchase- but up to 2 additional sessions for online classes). The second family member will have a separate family membership attached to this package so there can be a maximum of 12 registrations by the lead member. This membership can be used at any venue for any Urban Yoga class (excluding special one-off classes, workshops or other events which do not take place each week as part of the regular class timetable).However, if you miss a class you can catch up by doing a different class that week, or choose to do 2 classes in another week.
Please note that no refunds can be given for missed classes because you have the option to do a different class, or a catch up session as above.
Online payment for classes must be received prior to the scheduled class date to ensure your place.
If you cancel a class with less than 6 hours notice or fail to turn up you will forfeit one class from your membership package allowance.
Under the Consumer Contract Regulations (2014) you are entitled to cancel an unused membership purchase within 14 days from the date of purchase for which you will receive a full refund. Should you have used your membership within the 14 days cooling off period a partial refund will be provided. Any cancellation requests after this date will not be eligible for a refund.
You can freeze your membership for a period of 1 month (i.e. 4/5 consecutive weeks) within a 12 month contract period. Memberships cannot be frozen for under 4 weeks. You must provide a minimum of 14 days notice and email us and the time frozen will be added to your membership duration.
Memberships can be frozen for a longer period by agreement with us.

This membership will entitle the purchaser to a partial or complete discount on events/classes offered by the business for Starts on the date of purchase. Valid for 12 weeks.. If the start date of this membership has already passed, it will not be prorated for partial months/days, meaning the price is the same regardless of when purchased.
