12 classes to be used within 12 consecutive weeks from date of purchase. Can be used at any classes and any venues. More than one class can be attended in any week, but when all 12 classes have been used this membership package will expire, even if it has been less than 12 weeks from date of purchase. All classes must be used within 12 weeks. This package will expire in 12 weeks from date of purchase, even if not all 12 classes have been booked/attended.However, if you miss a class you can catch up by doing a different class that week, or choose to do 2 classes in another week or you can choose an Urban Yoga video to do at home in your own time.
Please note that no refunds can be given for missed classes because you have the option to do a different class, or a catch up session or have a video for home as above.
Online payment for classes must be received prior to the scheduled class date to ensure your place.
If you cancel a class with less than 6 hours notice or fail to turn up you will forfeit one class from your membership package allowance.
Under the Consumer Contract Regulations (2014) you are entitled to cancel an unused membership purchase within 14 days from the date of purchase for which you will receive a full refund (less the GoCardless fee charged for direct debit). Should you have used your membership within the 14 days cooling off period a partial refund will be provided. Any cancellation requests after this date will not be eligible for a refund.
You can freeze your membership for a period of 1 month (i.e. 4/5 consecutive weeks) within a 12 month contract period. Memberships cannot be frozen for under 4 weeks. You must provide a minimum of 14 days notice and email us and the time frozen will be added to your membership duration.
Memberships can be frozen for a longer period by agreement with us.

This membership will entitle the purchaser to a partial or complete discount on events/classes offered by the business for Starts on the date of purchase. Valid for 12 weeks.. If the start date of this membership has already passed, it will not be prorated for partial months/days, meaning the price is the same regardless of when purchased.
