The Deep Rest Trilogy

A 3-Part Immersion in Deep Rest & Nervous System Regulation

The Deep Rest Trilogy is a carefully held three-part course designed to support deep rest, nervous system regulation, and gentle integration into everyday life.

This is not a drop-in yoga class, but a course offered as one complete journey, with each session building on the last.

Meeting once a month on Sunday afternoons, each 2.5-hour session includes gentle movement, restorative and yin practices, breathwork, guided rest, and simple, accessible teaching. You’ll also be offered gentle home practices between sessions to support integration without feeling overwhelming.

Session Breakdown

Part One: Regulating the Nervous System
An introduction to stress and the nervous system, with grounding movement, breathwork, and guided rest to support settling and safety.

Part Two: Yin, Fascia & Letting Go
A slow, supported yin practice focused on releasing long-held tension, with space for deep physical and emotional softening.

Part Three: Yoga Nidra & Integration
An extended Yoga Nidra (yogic sleep) practice, reflection, and tools to continue cultivating deep rest beyond the course.

Ideal for anyone feeling tired, overwhelmed, or struggling to truly switch off. 
Suitable for all levels.
